You can shove you free dessert up your pie hole, I’ll pass. They have giving me a free dessert on them? How insulting that I’m not worth a call or to even figure out what’s wrong but to send me a free dessert like I have a bad meal. When they asked to talk to me, I didn’t ask to talk to them, but customer service was so important to them they want to talk to me and resolve my problem.

UPDATE 2: Needless to say weeks into this they aren’t really interested in fixing the situation or even talking to me. Just another lie to tell and to waste your time. Doesn't sound like they care about helping. Beware of the League City, TX Location UPDATE 1: Corporate reached with and email to call the Manx I did and it tells me to go online. But to say something and never do it is not ok. If you don’t intend to ever call then say so, I’m good with that too. You need real leadership and commitment to your guest. I’ve worked in the industry my entire life and this is a business killer.
I’m not mad they don’t have what I need or actually I don’t know if they do or not, no one will call me back. Again, I get if you are out of the product and I get if you are busy but it’s poor customer service to not return a call after all these visits and being told you will called in the morning. I left my name and number not once but 4 times. Not that this matters but I just had heart surgery and took my time to go here not feeling well to do business with this store. My name was suppose to be on a list for a product. I have been to this location 5 times in a week. UPDATE: I don’t like to leave bad reviews and I understand if you get busy or if you are out of a product.

Hampton has so many reputable eateries who have professional food service workers, there’s no need or reason to waste your time or money. Don’t waste your time doing business with them.

Cracker Barrel has the food rip-off business on lock and Leann is one of their stars. Cracker Barrel just stole my money, wasted my time and lied like seasoned liars. When I called back in utter disbelief at the level of disorganization and incompetence, Leann told me she would make sure the missing items were delivered. I ordered the sides again using a different delivery service and on 2 of the 7 were delivered. UNBELIEVABLE!!! When I called the restaurant, the workers, including Alene, Jonisha and Leann played telephone tag leaving me on the phone waiting for over 10 minutes. The incompetent, untrained staff left out 7 of the 9 sides. I ordered dinner through a delivery service and 7 of 9 sides were missing. She has more excuses than a prisoner going to jail. She has no quality control skills she lies like a sieve to customers and her mendacious nature is disgraceful.
Leanne, a so-called manager, is in way over her skills and abilities. This Cracker Barrel offers the worst takeout service of any restaurant I’ve ever seen. When I called the manager of the local Cracker Barrel, he said, "Oh yeah, we've had a lot of complaints about 'pay-at-your-table' transactions." Well, then get rid of the lousy third-party outfit. Long story short, I ended up cancelling my account and waiting a week for a new credit card. I said I did not even though I suspected this was related to my ill-fated Cracker Barrel transaction. When I arrived home there was a call from the Fraud Prevention Unit of my bank asking me whether I had authorized a $1.00 charge to some no-name legal outfit in Denver, I believe.
I put in the relevant required information only to have the website freeze. When I was presented with a check I saw that I could do this mobile at my table. On July 4, I had a meal at Cracker Barrel.
